Bring your computer to one of our workshops—quick and easy. By arrangement, you can also send your device or have it picked up from your address. If the issue is urgent, you can choose Express Service, which means we start the repair immediately.
We carefully inspect your computer to identify the problem and determine the best solution. After diagnostics, you’ll receive a non-binding repair quote. We only begin the repair once you approve the offer. If you choose not to proceed, you can simply collect your device—no repair, no obligation.
Once approved, the repair starts right away. If spare parts are required, we order them immediately. You’ll receive SMS updates throughout the process. The final message lets you know when your computer is ready.
