To initiate a return, please contact us first with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays in processing.
Due to hygiene and safety standards — and in accordance with UK cosmetic hygiene regulations — all Bbee Beauty lash products (including 3D Mink Strip Lashes, Pre-mapped Lashes, Half Lashes, and Cluster Lashes) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or removed from their sealed tray.
Only unopened lash products in their original sealed condition may be considered for return eligibility, subject to inspection and approval.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or solution where appropriate.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return has been inspected and accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
